COLOR THEORY WORKSHOP 1

COLOR THEORY, THE FULL STORY

Are the Primary Colors RGB or RBY?

February 13 and 20 at 1pm

By Suzanne Shera, M.S.

Author of Lightlab

Our eyes have the ability to perceive millions of color shades which are the combinations of a set of primary and secondary colors. To answer the question “what are the Primary colors?”, we need to first gain a basic understanding about color vision and perform several hands-on activities on color addition and absorption. We will also get to know the scientist James Clark Maxwell, who took the first color photo.
